Cours Project Risk Management : The PMI® Framework
Objectif
This 32 hours seminar is based on PMI®’s “Practice Standard for Project Risk Management” and constitutes the minimal education requirements for the “Risk Management Professional” certification (PMI-RMP®) issued by the PMI® but is not specifically designed as a PMI-RMP® Exam Preparation Course, even if the examination takes an important part of it. It covers the project risk management context, the development of the Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Identification, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, Risk Response Planning and Risk Monitoring and Control. In addition, to ensure better chances of success for participants who will apply for the PMIRMP certification, we will also cover related Knowledge Areas described in PMI®’s “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” 4th Ed. (an ANSI Standard).
- Develop and enhance the contributions you make to your organization by being able to:
- Demonstrate understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes, and terminology as defined in the Practice Standard for Project Risk Management, the standard of risk management’s good practices
- Comprehend the contribution required to a project team as a subject matter expert and may also serve as a sponsor, facilitator,liaison, or coordinator in the area of Risk Management
- Understand how to assume full or partial responsibility for individual project risk management tasks in their areas of expertise (e.g., finance, marketing, legal), which may not be industry-specifi c, but relevant across many functional areas and industries.
Pré-requis
- A good knowledge and understanding of Project Management,ideally through the PMBOK Guide®.
- Ideally, being already certified PMP® or CAPM®, or any other Project Management similar credential
