PRINCE2 ®

PRINCE2 is a structured project management method that can be used independently from the project type, the project size, the organisation and the culture of the firm that uses it. In addition, it is one of the most used project management methods worldwide. This method is based on the separation of management tasks in a project, the specialised tasks concerning the constructor, developer, etc. That philosophy enables the use of the PRINCE2 method in all kinds of projects, from reorganisation to construction, research, IT projects or product development, etc.

PRINCE2 is a framework of processes and integrated focus areas that enable the planning, delegation, monitoring and the direction of six projects variables (costs, delays, quality, scope, risks and utilities).

PRINCE2 utilisation offers numerous advantages, notably:

• It guaranties that the project management will always focus on the commercial relevance and –if necessary- allow one to stop the project.
• Project methods are applied at the right time.
