Altran Education Services has core competencies in information systems, methodology, project management (PMI), IT service management (ITIL) and technology. In parallel, Altran Education Services has also developed specific training offers dedicated to telecoms, pharma and financial services.

We can propose you a wide selection of customised or group training sessions in order to respond as near as possible to your company's objectives.

Made to measure training (intra-company)

Our team consists of specialists who prepare customised training which takes into account the participants' levels, the operational objectives and the timing constraints.

Intra-company training is the solution to consider when training one or many groups of collaborators, answering to specific needs or when organising a training session at short notice.

Altran Education Services' consultant-trainers will accompany you in the development of content for training sessions and in their implementation in Switzerland or abroad.

Group training (inter-company):

More than 500 training sessions have been made to answer to the majority of companies' requirements, and are held in our Swiss centres in Geneva and Lausanne. These training sessions have an operational objective and focus on specific job roles; hence the acquired competencies are immediately applicable in a professional context.

These sessions are generally the official courses of the software or methodology provider(Microsoft, Oracle/Sun, PMI, ITIL, Autodesk, etc.) and lead to, in most cases, an officially recognised certification.

RAV training (career transition):

Altran Education Services proposes a complete training and certification program for people who are in career transition.

These training sessions enable the acquisition of knowledge and certification useful in boosting participant's chances of returning to the workplace.

The training sessions are organized in partnership with the main regional employment centers (RAV) for each of the cantons.
